FAQ

How much does it cost?
Admission is free - this means the live bands are free and many of the children's activities too. Vendors will be charging for the items they have for sale - we have asked to keep the cost to $5 or less.

Who and what will be there?
It's too early for us to give you a list of vendors - we will let you know more soon! The exact menu and list of specific items will not be available until about a month before the event. There are 3 live music acts: Pocket Change, Road to Recovery, and Workingman's Dead. There will also be a 50/50 and many other activities: ponies to pet, ladder golf, KanJam, Giant Jenga, etc.

Who should come?
Families, groups of friends, music lovers, people interested in supporting local business - really, it will be an event for everyone and all ages.

Will vendors take credit cards?
This will be different for each vendor, but we suggest bringing cash just in case. There is also an ATM located inside Calhoon's Pub.

Where is it?
The event will be held in the back grove of Calhoon's Pub - 2598 Main Street (Rte 78), Newfane, NY 14108. There are additional details here.

How do I get there?
You can drive, motorcycle, or bicycle - there will be separate motorcycle parking and attendants to help everyone get in and out.

Is there a menu?
Not yet - but we will release it about a month before the event.

What can I bring?
Please feel free to bring blankets, folding chairs, strollers, sand buckets and such for the sandcastle area. You can also bring water.

What can't I bring?
No coolers. Outside drinks or food will not be allowed into the event. Small containers of food and bottles for children are acceptable. There will be tons of great stuff to try at the event!

Can I still apply to be a vendor?

Is there anything else I can visit while I'm there?

Will the bar be open during the event?
Yes! So, if you need some AC or just want to sit down inside for a bit - please do! There will be a limited food menu inside during the event because of the food offered outside by each of the different vendors. Calhoon's Pub will also have a booth outside serving some of your favorites.

I have a different question - who do I ask?
